What we do
We track every condominium and townhouse building in Greater Victoria — not just the ones currently listed. Most condo search tools show you only active listings, which is fine if you want to buy next week, but useless if you want to understand a neighbourhood, a building's reputation, or a market trend.
Each building page has the address, year built, unit count, storeys, a map, and any current MLS listings pulled live from the MyRealPage feed. Click into a listing for the full details and contact a realtor.
How the data stays current
Active listings are refreshed from the MyRealPage MLS feed every hour. Building meta (number of units, year built, neighbourhood, etc.) is maintained manually by our editors — we'd rather have one accurate source than ten conflicting ones.
If you spot a building we're missing, an out-of-date detail, or anything that looks wrong, please let us know.
Who we are
Victoria BC Condos has been online since 2008. The site is presented by the LeBlanc Group at Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island, a team of real estate advisors based in Victoria. The directory brings the details of each building into one place so buyers can compare them before contacting a realtor.
