Westhills Patio Homes is an exclusive collection of 5 boutique residences located at 1271 Centauri Drive within Langford's premier master-planned community. Completed in 2022 by Westhills Land Corp, these homes are designed for low-maintenance living with a focus on accessible, modern layouts. Residents benefit from close proximity to Langford Lake, the YMCA, and extensive trail networks.
The Westhills patio homes are three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes with the primary suite on the main floor and a finished walk-out lower level, built by Westhills Land Corp., the Stewart family company that has developed the community since 2008 and passed 1,000 homes in 2024. A 2022 home on Centauri Drive of about 2,515 finished square feet listed with a quartz island kitchen, a lower-level recreation room, a patio with mountain views and four parking spaces, at a strata fee of about $225 a month; heating in that home is natural gas and baseboard rather than the geothermal system described above, so check the mechanical system of any specific home.
Pets are allowed. The Westhills YMCA-YWCA, the arena, Starlight Stadium and Lakepoint Park at the south end of Langford Lake are within a few minutes, with Mount Wells Regional Park trails above the neighbourhood.
About Westhills
Westhills is a master-planned community on the south shore of Langford Lake, along Langford Parkway and West Shore Parkway. Westhills Land Corporation is building it out over two decades on about 500 acres, with roughly 5,000 homes and a million square feet of commercial space planned, and much of it is now complete. Housing runs from single-family lots and duplexes to the Atlas, Boundary and Bedford townhome series and the Solaris condominiums, two six-storey lakefront buildings with 130 homes. The community is Built Green certified and heats many of its buildings from a geothermal system.
The amenities are shared with the rest of Langford but sit at Westhills' doorstep: City Centre Park, Eagle Ridge Community Centre and the splash park, the YMCA-YWCA aquatic centre and library, Westhills Arena, Starlight Stadium, Langford Lanes and BoulderHouse. PEXSISEṈ Elementary, Centre Mountain Lellum Middle and Belmont Secondary are all inside or adjacent to the community, and the new Royal Roads Westshore campus is in the Langford core nearby. Westshore Town Centre is five minutes by car. The Westhills Exchange has express buses to UVic, Royal Oak and Dockyard, and the drive downtown is about twenty minutes.
