Glengarry Manor is registered as strata plan VIS6090, a townhouse-style development of nine homes with cement-fibre siding on a poured-concrete foundation under a fibreglass-shingle roof; strata records give the year as 2007 rather than 2006. A one-bedroom of about 1,025 square feet shows how generous the plans are, and the strata fee covers building insurance, water, garbage and grounds.
No developer, fee level or pet bylaw surfaced in public records. Danbrook Park and the Goldstream branch library are a few minutes' walk, and the Costco plaza is close by.

Langford Exchange is the West Shore transit hub, and the Route 95 RapidBus runs from there to the Legislature about every fifteen minutes; the Galloping Goose crosses the city, and the drive downtown is about twenty minutes outside rush hour.
