About the building
Located in the heart of Cadboro Bay Village, The Osprey features 14 luxury townhomes just steps from the beach and Gyro Park. Built by GT Mann Contracting, these Built Green Gold Certified residences offer spacious 3-level floor plans with high-end finishes, including quartz waterfall countertops and European appliances. Select homes feature private elevators, and all units include private garages and fenced backyards.
The Osprey was designed by Continuum Architecture, with GT Mann Contracting as builder; the 14 three-storey townhomes run from about 2,025 to 2,355 square feet in three plan types, with two ensuite bedrooms on the top floor and a ground-floor flex room with its own bathroom, and eight of the 14 homes have private elevators. Heating and cooling are by heat pump, hot water is gas on demand, and the homes have engineered hardwood, heated ensuite tile, EV charging rough-ins and two or three balconies each; garages are single or double and internal.
Strata fees were estimated at about 15 cents a square foot a month at presale, and completion was scheduled for June 2024. Gyro Park and the beach are a five-minute walk, and UVic is a few minutes' drive up Sinclair Road.
