About the building
Atlas Townhomes is a modern collection of 55 residences located at 1459 Stella Lane within the premier Westhills community of Langford. Completed in 2024, these 3-storey townhomes feature sophisticated West Coast design, offering spacious 3-bedroom layouts with premium finishes like quartz countertops and electric appliances. Residents benefit from energy-efficient heat pumps and the convenience of being walking distance to Starlight Stadium, the YMCA-YWCA, and numerous lakefront trails.
Atlas was built by Westhills Land Corporation between 2022 and 2024 and sold out before completion, with resales now the only way in. The 55 homes sit in duplex, triplex and quadplex buildings of two and three storeys, in two three-bedroom plans of about 1,375 square feet with two and a half bathrooms; exteriors are board-and-batten and shiplap siding with stone accents and black doors and windows. Each home has a tandem garage for two cars with room for storage or a workbench, a private patio and a fenced, landscaped back yard.
Interiors have galley kitchens with quartz counters and stainless appliances, ductless heat pumps and electric fireplaces. Confirm pet bylaws and strata fees with the strata. Stella Lane and Atlas Drive sit a few minutes' walk from Langford Lake, the YMCA-YWCA and the Westhills bus exchange.
About Westhills
Westhills is a master-planned community on the south shore of Langford Lake, along Langford Parkway and West Shore Parkway. Westhills Land Corporation is building it out over two decades on about 500 acres, with roughly 5,000 homes and a million square feet of commercial space planned, and much of it is now complete. Housing runs from single-family lots and duplexes to the Atlas, Boundary and Bedford townhome series and the Solaris condominiums, two six-storey lakefront buildings with 130 homes. The community is Built Green certified and heats many of its buildings from a geothermal system.
The amenities are shared with the rest of Langford but sit at Westhills' doorstep: City Centre Park, Eagle Ridge Community Centre and the splash park, the YMCA-YWCA aquatic centre and library, Westhills Arena, Starlight Stadium, Langford Lanes and BoulderHouse. PEXSISEṈ Elementary, Centre Mountain Lellum Middle and Belmont Secondary are all inside or adjacent to the community, and the new Royal Roads Westshore campus is in the Langford core nearby. Westshore Town Centre is five minutes by car. The Westhills Exchange has express buses to UVic, Royal Oak and Dockyard, and the drive downtown is about twenty minutes.
