Casa Bella is a condominium community located in a quiet enclave in the heart of Langford, near the new John Horgan University campus. The amenity space includes a fitness room, a lounge with a pool table and a meeting room, and each home has underground parking, a storage locker and access to bike storage. Suites run from about 810 to 990 square feet in one- and two-bedroom plans with nine-foot ceilings, granite counters, stainless appliances and electric fireplaces, and the strata fee covers building insurance, garbage, management, the recreation facilities and grounds.
The strata is pet-friendly with no age restriction. Records disagree on the number of homes, with 68 and 98 both appearing, and no developer or builder surfaced in public records. Goldstream Village and the Langford bus exchange are a few minutes' walk.
About Langford Proper
Langford Proper is the MLS name for the centre of the City of Langford: the Goldstream Avenue strip, Station Avenue, Claude Road and the blocks around Veterans Memorial Park and Langford Lake. Langford Exchange is the West Shore transit hub, and the Route 95 RapidBus runs from there to the Legislature about every fifteen minutes; the Galloping Goose crosses the city, and the drive downtown is about twenty minutes outside rush hour.
