About the building

Developed by Guiney Brothers Development, the project consists of 13 modern units equipped with sustainable technology including rooftop solar panels and high-efficiency heat pumps. Each home offers approximately 1,200 square feet of living space with private patios, balconies, and tandem two-car garages pre-wired for EV charging.
About Walfred
Walfred is an MLS sub-area in Langford centred on Walfred Road, on the north side of Triangle Mountain against the Colwood border. It was one of Langford's rural fringes, and much of it is still large-lot residential, but the character is changing quickly: small-lot subdivisions and townhome projects have been arriving along Walfred Road and toward Jacklin Road, including a 17-townhome project on the 900 block and a 43-townhouse project just across the Colwood line. Condominium buildings are rare here; most strata homes are townhouses.
Ernhill Park, Sedgwick Park and Ed Fisher Memorial Park are all within a fifteen-minute walk, and Happy Valley Elementary is the closest school. Jacklin Road is the arterial, with the Westshore Town Centre and Belmont Market shops a few minutes north, and the Galloping Goose and Glen Lake are a short ride. Route 59 connects Triangle Mountain to Langford Exchange, where the Route 95 RapidBus continues downtown, and there are bike lanes on Walfred and Jacklin. The drive downtown is twenty-five to thirty minutes.
