Gardner Creek is an intimate community of 47 attached and detached homes located at the foot of Bear Mountain in Langford. Surrounded by protected green space, the development borders its namesake creek and the Eagle Ridge Trail, offering residents direct access to nature. The West Coast contemporary homes feature spacious three-level layouts with quartz countertops, high-efficiency heat pumps, and gas fireplaces.
Gardner Creek Phase 3 was built by Cora Venture Corporation at 951 and 953 Echo Valley Place and sold out on completion. The homes are a mix of attached and detached three-level plans of around 2,060 square feet with three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a lower-level games room and den, nine-foot ceilings with vaulted accents, and a finished, heated attached garage; standard finishes include quartz counters, Samsung stainless appliances, natural gas fireplaces, ductless heat pumps for heating and cooling, barbecue gas outlets and underground irrigation, and the homes are certified Built Green Gold.
A 2,060-square-foot townhome carried a strata fee of about $500 a month and the strata allows pets. The cul-de-sac backs onto green space and trails, with Bear Mountain's golf courses and the Millstream shops a few minutes' drive.
