A 2021 townhome on Olivine Mews carried a strata fee of about $535 a month, and the strata allows cats and dogs.
Listings place Olivine Mews in Bear Mountain rather than Southpoint, and the builder named above does not appear on Verity Construction's own project list, so both should be treated as unconfirmed. The Bear Mountain golf courses and the Westshore shops are each a few minutes' drive.
