Tideline Lane is an exclusive collection of 8 detached, bare-land strata homes located in the Royal Bay community of Colwood, British Columbia. Developed by Verity Construction, these detached residences feature spacious 4 to 5-bedroom floor plans ranging from approximately 2,100 to 2,600 square feet. The homes include modern amenities such as double garages, gas fireplaces, and high-end finishes designed by Nygaard Interior Designs.
The Tideline Lane homes were built by Verity Construction with design by Victoria Design Group, interiors by Nygaard Interior Design and colour schemes by Dawn Garneau, with construction in 2022 and completion in 2023. The four plans ran from the 2,122-square-foot four-bedroom Navigator through the five-bedroom Mariner at 2,341 to the Shearwater at 2,443 and the Horizon at 2,588 square feet, on lots of about 4,150 to 5,200 square feet, launched from about $1.05 million.
Each home has nine-foot main-floor ceilings, quartz counters, a gas fireplace, an Energy Star furnace with air conditioning, main-floor laundry, a flex room and a fenced, landscaped yard, and some plans add a lower-level recreation room. Bare-land strata fees were estimated at four cents a square foot a month plus about $87 a month to the Royal Bay homeowners' association. Royal Bay Beach Park and the Quality Foods plaza are a few minutes' walk.
