Triangle Trail Townhomes is a modern collection of 32 residences located at 2120 Triangle Trail in Langford's growing Happy Valley neighborhood. Triangle Trail was developed by Gordon 'N' Gordon, the Victoria family firm founded in 1986, to a design by WA Architects, with construction in 2022 and 2023. The three-bedroom townhomes run from 1,443 to 1,536 square feet on three levels, with nine-foot main-floor ceilings, gas ranges, electric fireplaces, ductless heat pumps with cooling, on-demand hot water, tandem two-car garages, and double-wide garages on the two duplex homes of Building E; every home has a fenced yard with a gas barbecue outlet, and the 2-5-10 warranty applies.
Strata fees were estimated at about 21 cents a square foot a month, and the strata allows two pets with no weight limit. Marketing calls the area Happy Valley while the MLS files it under Olympic View; Citified counts 30 homes against the 32 in the marketing. The Galloping Goose, Red Barn Market and Olympic View Golf Course are close, with a new elementary school planned about 350 metres away.
