A 700-square-foot one-bedroom carried a strata fee of about $275 a month, with electric baseboard heat, in-suite laundry and a locker, and the strata allows cats, dogs and birds. Uptown is a ten-minute walk and the Galloping Goose crosses Carey Road nearby. The 37-home count above covers the strata; whether it includes the townhouses and duplexes is not clear from the records.
