About the building
Jukebox Victoria is a 9-storey, 215-unit condominium in Downtown Victoria, featuring one-bedroom urban residences with high ceilings, modern finishes, and thoughtfully designed common areas. Residents enjoy a meditation garden, state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a vibrant downtown location steps from shopping, dining, and the Inner Harbour.
Jukebox was developed by Mosaic Properties, designed by Gustavson Wylie Architects and built by Farmer Construction between 2016 and 2019 on the View Street edge of Harris Green. The concrete building holds 215 homes above a dozen commercial units, which is why unit counts for the building vary depending on whether the storefronts are included. Plans run from studios to two-bedrooms, roughly 310 to 860 square feet, and the selling point is volume rather than floor area: ceilings range from 10 to 14 feet and the lobby rises 19 feet. Every home has in-suite laundry and a balcony.
Parking is a mix of underground and above-ground stalls, with well over 200 bike stalls in the plan. Listings describe the strata as pet- and rental-friendly, with the balance of the 2-5-10 new-home warranty still running on resales. One listing cites a Walk Score of 98, with the restaurants and shops of Yates Street and Harris Green a block or two away. Strata plan EPS5860.
